Project documents developed and/or referenced during the Environmental Impact Statement process will be posted on the website when they are available. The Navy has begun the EIS process with publication of the Noitice of Intent (NOI) on April 9, 2008.

Public scoping material, including fact sheets and posters available at public scoping open houses, will be posted here later this month.
